An Apple iPod can only play certain types of music formats, such as MP3 and AAC (MPEG-4) music files. In order to be able to sync other music formats, such as WMA (Windows Media Audio), you can have MGTEK dopisp automatically convert the unsupported music file to MP3. The conversion is performed as needed during sync, and does not affect your music library.
