If you wish to delete all songs from your iPod, you can simply format the device.

Note   If you have trouble getting MGTEK dopisp to work, just formatting the device may not help. If you are experiencing problems, do a Restore in iTunes.

Format the iPod

1. Start the Windows Media Player, connect your iPod to your computer, and then click the Sync tab.
2. From the tree-view to the left, right-click the iPod icon and click Format.
3. Click OK to permanently delete all music on your iPod.

Restore the iPod

1. Open iTunes, and then connect your iPod to your computer.
2. When the iPod icon appears in iTunes, select it.
3. In the Summary (or Settings) tab, click the Restore button and follow the instructions given by iTunes.
