What are the system requirements for MGTEK dopisp?

In order to run MGTEK dopisp, you need:

• Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit & 64-bit), Windows Vista (32-bit & 64-bit), or Windows XP (32-bit, SP2 or newer).
• Windows Media Player 11 or Windows Media Player 12.
• iPod touch or iPhone require iTunes installed (iTunes includes the necessary drivers).

Does MGTEK dopisp support the Apple iPad?

MGTEK dopisp does currently not support the new Apple iPad. We have one on order (the iPad release date in Germany is end of April), and as soon it arrives we will investigate whether it is possible to support the iPad.

Does MGTEK dopisp support 64-bit operating systems?

MGTEK dopisp is a 32-bit application and it does run on Windows 64-bit under the 32-bit WOW compatibility layer. To use MGTEK dopisp, run the 32-bit version of Windows Media Player. The 32-bit version of Windows Media Player is the default player on a 64-bit Windows, so MGTEK dopisp will run out of the box, unless you manually switch to the 64-bit version.
