My license key is not accepted
I get an error message when I enter the license key
If the license key is not accepted, note the error message:
- "The license key is invalid" - If you get this error message, you did not enter a valid license key, or you did not enter the license key correctly. Try to copy and paste the license key from the e-mail you received. If you type in the license key manually and you mistype even one single character, the license key will not be accepted.
- "The free 30-days trial period has expired" - If you get this error message, your free 30-days evaluation period is over and you need to purchase the product to continue using it. If you purchased the product, enter the license key you received in your order confirmation e-mail.
- "Your license key is only valid for an older version of MGTEK dopisp" - If you get this error message, you are trying to install a version of MGTEK dopisp that does not match your license key. You have the choice of upgrading your license key to the latest version or installing the correct previous version. For details, see the Update FAQ.
If you contact technical support, please provide the exact error message and error code.
