Help Producer is an add-in for Microsoft Word. An add-in is a supplemental program to extend the capabilities of Word, not a standalone application. The add-in will be loaded automatically every time you run Microsoft Word, and remains in memory until you close Word. When the add-in is loaded, a toolbar is added to the user interface of Word that will provide the Help Producer functions.

Since Help Producer's editing environment is entirely based on Microsoft Word, you should have some basic knowledge about using Microsoft Word. If you have not used Microsoft Word before, you should probably get familiar with Microsoft Word first. Please consult the Microsoft Word product documentation for details.
