Use this property page to change the behavior of the tripane of the help viewer. This property page applies to HTML Help 1.0 projects only.

Tri-pane properties

Show navigation pane, topic pane and button

Select this option to show the navigation pane, topic pane and toolbar.

Open with navigation pane initially closed

Select this option to specify that the navigation pane will be closed when the help window is initially opened.

Automatically synchronize topic with navigation pane

Select this option to automatically synchronize the selected topic with the corresponding item in the table of contents pane.

Automatically show/hide navigation pane

Select this option to automatically show or hide the navigation pane when a topic is selected.

Navigation pane width

Specifies the width of the navigation pane in pixels.

Tabs

Index tab

Select this option to add an index tab to the navigation pane.

Search tab

Select this option to add a search tab to the navigation pane.

Advanced search

Select this option to display advanced options in the search tab.

Favorites tab

Select this option to add a favorites tab to the navigation pane.

Default tab

Specifies the default tab that will be displayed in the navigation page.

Tab position

Specifies the position of the tab selector of the navigation page.
